Even with all Trump's bloviating
I don't hear him saying much like, "I didn't do it!" Instead, I hear him saying. "I had the right to do it!" Also, a lot of protest over legit legal processes being used to prosecute him.
So, he did say that he didn't tell anyone to erase the server. I think we do have evidence to the contrary.
What else? I think he once said he didn't grab the SS driver's collarbones, or the wheel.
He is spending a lot of time telling his base why he had some kind of right to keep the purloined government secrets. So, he's not telling them he didn't do it. I think we all know he did indeed do it.
He's hoping that his loony base supports him, but they still have but one vote apiece. So it doesn't matter what they think. What matters is what we think. We have the numbers. But, what matters most of all is the EC. Do we have the numbers to gain that advantage?
