Basically in a nutshell, any political party that advocates a violent overthrow of the US Government will be subjected to the Smith Act. So all those 2024 Trump Hats and Bumper Stickers you see know, are Trumpers and each are subject under the Smith Act for SUPPORTING the party to overthrow the US Government.
