I don't know that I would recognize Trump without that orange rats nest hair.

So they should get a mugshot. All he has to do is shave it off.

Although he is too vain to do it.

But damn treat this ass like every Joe and Jane Schmoe.

No special treatment!

2. If there was a mugshot, you'd never see it.

They are not released to the public in the case of federal criminal defendants. For example, there have been over 1000 arrests of January 6 defendants. No mug shots are available of any of them.

And if shaving his head would make him unrecognizable, what would be the point of a mugshot taken before he did that?

So, don't rule out the possibility if Fulton Co Sheriff Patrick Labat has his way (and it certainly appears that he will)

7. Possibly. But a mugshot from his federal indictment, if there was one, wouldn't be made public.

that we will not see a mug shot eventually (GA) given Fulton Co Sheriff Patrick Labat is intent on handling things as per the established procedure. He has said so publicly as per several media articles, including the NYT link in my post downstream.

I said I had to grow it that long so I could be Trump. I said I stylist that could give me "the Trump"! LOL

I kept the hair long though. I got a few compliments from good looking ladies.

Joe and Jane Schmoe don't have to do anything to their hair for a mugshot. Long, short, braided, ponytails, up, down--doesn't matter. You get the shot, however your hair looks after arraignment.

See any kind of haircut here?

The state has only charged people in mug shots, not convicted them. As long as you are not in government custody as part of a court ruling the government has *zero* say about what your hair looks like.
