Jonathan Turley is a big dumbass

He's on Fux Nooze spouting this bullshit on how the trump indictment is the justice dept is trying to criminalize misinformation. So the stupid shit would rather just use free speech as a way for politicians and businessmen to just continue to lie out of their asses with no accountability. I say if the misinformation is spouted for the sole purpose of harming society or an individual, then it's criminal. He's such an idiot.

and social media.

It was the actions Trump took that are illegal.

Like many of the Trump defenders, Turley is practicing what i call Willful Misinterpretation.

Which is different than being a stupid dumbass idiot.

Objectively from what I've seen Turley is a pretty intelligent guy.

He's just using his brain for evil instead of good in most instances

16. It's bizarre. They admit it was misinformation and lies. Isn't that an admission?

Aren't they admitting they knew they were lying to say Trump won in 2020?

Aren't they helping Special Counsel prove that element of the case?
