If the buoys that Abbott has placed in the rio grande river

are violating a treaty with the United States and Mexico and may possibly be in Mexican territory why can't Mexico just go take the buoys ?

to remove these hazards to navigation in US waters?

USians put them there. The Federal government has jurisdiction.

Two people have died shredded by razor wire.

This reminds me of that little foofaraw about the Federal fort in Charleston (except Beauregard didn't kill anybody there). The Covfeferacy is challenging Federal authority.

The Confederacy lost the battelfield, but won the peace when reconstruction was scuttled (in a compromise to settle a challenged Presidential election, btw). Dixie never went away. It kept threatening to rise again, and it did, with some additional Northern states like the Dakotas, largely inspired by Trump. So, to clarify the difference, I say "Covfeferacy" for 21st cenutry Dixie.

It's more diverse and inclusive (heh).
