I was watching MSNBC when Rachel said that Whiny was Mirandized

I may be wrong but I think that at some point as president he expressed negative opinion about the Miranda rule. Did he?

... can't recall exactly, but I remember that, also. He also reflected on police reminding suspects to watch their head when getting in the police car. Trump thought it was not necessary -- he encouraged police to let them hit their heads. "Knock the crap out of them."
