If Trump gets elected this country will be over.

It WILL be the end of the country as we know it. And thus, he HAS to go to prison. Sure, he could run and win from prison technically, but he won’t win. But if he is put back into power what we know of democracy and rule of law will be completely gone.

He and his cronies ate going to go after everyone and they are going to use the DOJ as their personal police force. They are going to create “election police” to ensure elections go their way (more than they already do).

This election is the whole enchilada. I know people on this forum understand this but we all need to make sure everyone else understands it and that they make sure others do as well.

In addition we need to make sure that the powers that be understand that this turd needs to be in prison and that the general public understands exactly why. These trials ABSOLUTELY MUST be televised. They have to be.

That trumper judge will do what she can to delay it but no one can get around the evidence of him having stolen docs and then hiding and moving them to obstruct justice.

IMO though the J6 case is the strongest. SC Smith has worded the indictments precisely so the argument tried by his attorneys that he has free speech/First Amendment rights, as threats to violence acted upon is not protected speech.

And then the other silly one contending he was acting on advice of counsel that he won the election is obviated as there are many instances cited by people like his very own AG, Bill Barr, that he was told that he lost.

The most recent one offered by his weak team that he was only trying to delay the counting of the EC votes to recount or send to the states' legislatures to audit is illegal and is not prescribed in the Constitution anywhere and therefore is nothing but a croc.

This IMO is stronger even than the docs case as the nation saw the attempted coup on TV, and we also saw he did nothing after spurring it on verbally to stop it...for several hours in violation of his oath of office to defend and protect the Constitution and the nation.

It looks like SC Smith targeted only trump and not the co-comspirators to cut down on multiple lawyer motions causing delays so the trial can get started quick, even before the docs case, and with a no nonsense judge and blue jury pool, trump is in big trouble as moving to another venue won't fly even as the whole nation is familiar with the case and no jurisdiction is impartial.

He's going down, probably eventually in Georgia and Florida, but first in DC.

But he’ll have to do so from the witness stand, and in court, what matters is evidence, not silly internet memes masquerading as logic.

The evidence is clear.

Mr trump is No True Scotsman.

Think of the riches that would open in such a scenario:

Hundreds of thousands of acres of forest opened for exploitation. All the national forests, etc.

Hundreds of thousands of acres opened for “owning”. Think of the Bundy’s.

All of the uranium, oil, gold, silver, on those same thousands of acres.

Even the airwaves. The water. The food.

The chemicals that would be freely released into the environment.

The propaganda (advertising) that would be allowed.

The entire multi-generational holdings of this country, up for grabs by the strongest, most ruthless, most amoral, most selfish people the world has ever likely produced.

The hell that would be unleashed has never been contemplated. Not by Orwell, not by Huxley, not even by Wes Craven.

13. Trump will NOT GET ELECTED TO ANYTHING...EVER!!!

Trump may have 25 - 30 pecent. Maybe less. With the trial, convictions, appeals, etc.

Yes, I do think that the Trump will be convicted. Appeals will last forever. But when 12, people
decide he is NOT innocent, his numbers will go down. As a convicted felon, families will discuss Trump
as never before............WHY? A CONVICTED FELON, IS NOT A CHARGED OR INNOCENT PERSON

AS FAMILIES DISCUSS A ..."CONVICTED FELON", MORE AND MORE WILL BE CONVINCED THAT HE SHOULD....
....NOT BE ELECTED TO ANYTHING, EVER...
________________________________________________________________________________________

YES, I DO BELIEVE HE WILL BE CHARGED, CONVICTED AND SENT TO JAIL...TRUMP MAY NOT GO TO JAIL
BECAUSE OF APPEALS, BUT THAT JURY OF 12 MEN AND WOMEN WILL CONVICT HIM.. WHY?.....

BECAUSE IT IS CLEAR TO US, AND MOST PEOPLE THAT DONALD TRUMP BROKE THE LAW. .........

WHEN THE TRUMP IS CONVICTED BY A JURY OF BREAKING THE LAW, THEN HE IS TOTALLY DONE.
TRUMP CAN APPEAL, AND SUGGEST THAT IT WAS UNFAIR...BUT THAT IS HOW THE U.S.A. WORKS.....
CONVICTIONS MEAN A PERSON IS ...NOT INNOCENT...BUT GUILTY...

You are dead wrong if you don't think Trump could be re-elected despite everything. He is a formidable opponent who drives out his base, white no-college, like no other. Look at the margins in Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Combine increasing support from Black men (Trump got nearly 20 percent), and Latino support along with whatever grift that the Greens and No Labels cause, this could be a realistic map for next November.

This party has no soul, it protests and calls any election they don't win fraudulent and makes millions from rubes from that grift. Unless Trump dies he will be the nominee. The GOP has a chance to control both the house and senate off that white retribution of a scandal free 2 term black man as president.

He seems to be bankrupting state GOOP parties, so a lack of a viable campaign could mean the GOOP loses the House.

He could lose bigly and destroy the modern GOOP, which is needed.

Make no mistake about this.

Eventually Democrats will lose important elections. We won't be safe until the racist, authoritarian, conspiracy-addled Republican party is burned to the ground, and a more sane opposition party rises from the ashes.
