It can only take effect after mandatory, age appropriate civics classes are taught in every public AND private K—12 classroom. Upon passing a final exam in the senior year, every high school graduate is automatically registered to vote. Oh, and media literacy should be included, so voters of the future will know how to tell truth from lies and propaganda.

Every teacher that's tried it had to stop no later than halfway through a semester because parents hate it. Their kids start questioning everything they say, and then mummy and daddy are crying to the school to make it stop.

Because parents don't want kids you can think. They want kids who are obedient.

If anyone should be taking civics tests to prove competency, it's those serving in and running for Congress. See how well some of them would score... there are those highly likely to fail even after taking a civics class.

Contrary to the debunked lies out there, 42 states require at least a semester of it for graduation. Most of the rest fold it into a social studies requirement.

Really.

So please stop swallowing and regurgitating this well-known nonsense.

tend to be less conservative so it would definately affect less GOP voters. Even if it were to 1-2% that would be significant in a close race.

Their whole strategy is cut 1% here and there and it will add up collectively. Their days are numbered and they will continue to try every tactic imaginable to stay in power.

Ethics, decency, and our Democracy are meaningless to the GOP - it is pretty obvious.
