Has John Eastman agreed to be the "fallguy"?

In Trump's "advice of counsel" defense, his lawyers always bring up the name of John Eastman as the constitutional scholar and suggest that Trump was listening to his advice.

Eastman, himself, has stated in the last few days, that his intent was to overturn the election and install a new government.

The new attorney, Lauro, mentioned Eastman again in all of his Sunday morning interviews on the cable networks.

Some deal or scheme seems to have been arranged between Trump and Eastman, in my opinion.

Eastman's goal would be to take some of the pressure off Trump and accept the blame himself, in hopes that he could delay any trial until he received a pardon from the next Republican president, who he hopes will be Donald J Trump.

Of course, this is just speculation on my part, but it is the impression I get when I hear the lawyers discussing John Eastman, the constitutional lawyer.

Though, I must admit that this nightmare really has messed with my trust in my memory. I sometimes think it must really be a bad dream

you act on them

In addition, there were enough republican attorneys, including his own AG that told him it was illegal

4. Nah... Even if Eastman *tried* to take all the blame, it wouldn't work, so why would he try?

That said, of course TFG's lawyers are going to blame everyone else but him. What's the alternative? He can't deny the behavior, it's all documented.

Eastman’s “confession” was in the form of using the Declaration of Independence as a defence for insurrection.

If he’s thinking he will fall on his sword, take the blame, then get a pardon, he’s delusional.
