Must be nice to be able to just pay cash for an MRI. Last week I got a letter from UHC denying my pain doctor request for a back MRI. I've had chronic back pain forever. They denied it saying I didn't have an XRay or PT. I've had all that plus epidural, facet injections, etc for years. Since pain doctors won't prescribe any opiods anymore I'm screwed.
