Well-wishes to Sen. Feinstein, without the sickening demands for her Senate seat

...is that too much to ask here?

Maybe so.

Best wishes, anyway, to this aged warrior still suited for battle and delivering for the people.

1. My understanding is we will lose majority to pass Judges if she retires early. For some reason,

Republicans can block her replacement. It may well be that she is soldiering on for this reason only - keeping the Judge pipeline flowing with Democrats.

Hope she has a quick recovery.

...there's no way in the world republicans are going to revisit that agreement to let Barbara Lee or Adam Schiff sit on the committee in her place. Otherwise, what's the point in denying a replacement now.

Folks need to be smarter about this.

Dignity is for suckers!

Roll her in and put her hand on the lever. Remind her when and how to vote. Administer Percocet when needed like we did for meemaw.

Keep cranking out those judges! Make hay while the sun is shining!

DiFi should be honored for her long career, not blamed for the Turtle’s obstructionism.

Best wishes to her for her future health.

5. I thought you wanted this thread to be free of "sickening demands"

Like your tweet that calls her incompetent.

She chose to spend the "rest of her life" in the Senate.

...but whatever on the rest.

I really didn't think having a thread free of the snipes at her was possible. I may have chosen the wrong tweet, but you know well what I meant in the op.

There's no need to snipe at her on a well-wishing thread, but here we are.

I don't even care if she's "incompetent" as long as she votes yes on Biden's nominees.

I am not a CA resident, so I don't anticipate Newsome would appoint me if something were to happen.

and I am very grateful for her very long service and sad that this service is, in general, not even appreciated enough by those who should.

I can only imagine how hard this is for her and her staff.
