If she approves this, Trump will then claim that there was one there, and disregard the many photographs of classy docs in the shower room, etc. as products of FBI imagination. Don't do it, Cannon. Army Regulation 380-5 describes how to build a Class A vault, which is the basis for a SCIF. It is a form of construction Trump wouldn't have laid out the money for.

One example: The wiring in a Class A vault enters through conduit. This isn't straight. It is bent into an S-curve, the dimensions of the curves being specified in the regulation. There are "SCIF trailers" that are certified - basically bank vaults with wheels on them - but he probably didn't have any of those.

Now, you DO understand there's a simple solution to this. They could always house him in family quarters on Fort Drum and use the SCIF in the old 110th Military Intelligence Battalion headquarters for him to do his work in.
