Trumps speech was accompanied by hyperhidrosis the extent of which was heretofore unmatched in my experience of watching him. It is entirely possible that he has a combination of heart failure and acute anxiety. I believe he has gained much weight which may be due to water retention and he is a walking time bomb. That flopsweat was extraordinary and quite different in my opinion from being overheated in a room.
All my opinion.

He's almost certainly on antacids and the Proton Pump Inhibitors can cause hyperhidrosis, including Prilosec and Prevacid.
I'm sure there are others, but beyond his obesity and train-wreck of a diet, lack of physical fitness, etc., any of the above meds may be adding to the problem.

(113,947 posts)when I couldn't leave and was largely at the mercy of those bringing in fast food. So, my first Big Mac in years. It tasted good, I'll acknowledge that but it must have a lot of sugar in it, along with the fat, of course. Because it reminded me of how I once craved that kind of crap all the time. One sandwich had me craving it the next day (and falling asleep an hour after eating).
A good reminder....

And don't even think about using the c word at DU. It may not be offensive in the British Isles and down under, but this is a community about US politics, and as such, I don't think it's unreasonable for US sensibilities to hold sway.

I want him to watch as everything falls down around his ears.
I want him to suffer.
I also don't want him to die, since if he does, his zombies will be praying for his resurrection and making a martyr out of him.
The investigations would become moot, and all the laws he broke will disappear down the memory hole.

(20,769 posts)That Trump suffers from rosacea, hence the heavy makeup. This campaign he has appeared a fruity shade of mahogany; maybe his rosacea is playing up and needs an extra heavy coat of shellac on his otherwise dew-kissed visage. I like the idea of him being a walking time bomb. Maybe the extra heavy makeup contributes to the excessive sweating.
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/12174-rosacea
What are the types of rosacea?
Four different types of rosacea include:
Erythematotelangiectatic: Rosacea is persistent and causes facial redness with enlarged and visible blood vessels (vascular). This type flares, where symptoms come and go unexpectedly.
Papulopustular: Pus- or fluid-filled pimples form on your skin. Your skin could swell and symptoms are similar to acne.
Phymatous: Symptoms cause your skin to swell and thicken. Your skin could be bumpy and it most often affects your nose. Symptoms could make your nose appear bulbous (rhinophyma).
Ocular: Rosacea can affect your eyes, causing them to feel irritated and bloodshot or watery. Your eyes are sensitive to light and painful bumps can form on your eyelids (styes).
*I have chronic psoriasis, but I don't pretend that I don't have the condition.

(6,479 posts)on a golf course. That leaves people unaccustomed to hot/humid settings and they tend to sweat up more profusely. Have watched Northern tourists here in Fla. faint from the heat even when temps were only in the high 70s. Couple that with an enclosed space (btus of body heat + carbon dioxide + polyester suit/tie) and you can have a fainting. Happens fast, too...standing and talking one minute, heaped on the floor the next.

I was a medic on films and TV and overheated extras were always a big risk. Trump is unaccustomed to heat that intense, he wont last for another sweatfest. Hes in too poor of physical condition to tolerate another shock to his system.
Lastly, hes too stupid to seek shelter before its too late. Im sure his handlers will try to whisk him away discreetly.
