The Judge says 'justice before politics'..

The Judge let it be known to Trump's lawyers that justice comes before politics, even if someone is running for president.

Since he is now a defendant, he cannot intimidate witnesses, as he has done in the past.

She did cut a lot of slack by only putting restrictions on "sensitive information", so as not to interfere with any claims of prohibiting "free speech".

The question now is, what does she do when Trump ignores her guidelines and warnings within the next 24 hours?

This is my interpretation from what I have heard thus far.

She has a range of sanctions and I have no doubt she'll use them - they will escalate. As much as we'd like to see his big orange ass in jail immediately, that's the last resort (and it would unfortunately play into his martyr narrative). She pointed out that if statements he make tend to threaten witnesses or taint the jury pool, that will just make the trial happen sooner, and he certainly doesn't want that.

The last thing they want to do is to put him in jail. And he knows that....

August 28 is right around the corner...she'll have a cache of new Trump's threats and insults and a trove of spewed "sensitive information" she can cite as she shortens his chain..
