How to prevent the jury pool from being polluted?

There is no plan to put the former president in jail...

But he doesn't know that...

The DOJ give him just a little bit more of the rope. And he continues his attacks upon Smith, Biden, Garland, and the "racist" Judge.

They give him a little more rope. He cannot constrain himself. He must verbally attack someone. That's just his nature.

Most people see what is happening.

They give him a little more rope. He attacks Biden again. He accuses Biden and the DOJ of "election interference". And Special Counsel Smith is "deranged". Ironic, indeed.

The betting odds are, that the Judge will, in the interest of justice, agree more with the Special Counsel's preferred date, to begin the trial closer to January 2nd.

Don't think it's possible to not taint the jury pool at this point. Arthur_Frain Aug 2023 #6

She warned him that if he kept up his bullshit, she could move the trial up, quicker.

It could happen.

It could be America's Christmas present.

say the schedule is already tight. And of course they have to give him a fair trial.

I don't think she has a lot of leeway from what I heard.
