Guess they didn't vote it out the way it went in.

Ga law states the gj has to vote on the exact, full indictment, and if voted yes, the judge has to release it immediately.

Apparently there is a glitch in the matrix.

If the gj wants even a small change, they will need to rewrite the indictment and take another vote.

Rinse lather repeat.
