1. Some mobsters have been indicted more than once, but I don't know of anybody,

even Mafia capos, who have managed to get themselves indicted in four different courts within a matter of a few months. Gotti was charged with a lot of crimes over a period of time, but even he never got indicted in multiple jurisdictions all at about the same time.
