Question about Georgia case

Little confused. Isn't Fani Willis the DA for Fulton County? How is she bringing charges for theft of voting machines in Coffee County? Just trying to understand the charging document because I know certain types of people are going to try and bring up stuff like this as a "gotcha" but obviously Ms. Willis had a legit justification and as a non-lawyer just want to make sure I can articulate that and shut the assholes down

They are typically charged in either the location where it started, or the location in which most of the crime took place. Think of a kidnapping case, for example, where the kidnapper took his victim across state lines. They don't charge separate crimes in separate juriscitions. They sort out which one is the main one and charge the entire crime(s) in that jurisdiction.

RICO expands the normal cross-jurisdiction reach even more.
