or His Orangeness will have a sad, or worse, a mad. But of course he can't be elected more than twice, which means that if he was elected in 2020 he can't be elected again, but Higgins can't say that, either, so he has to say he should be elected a third time and hope nobody remembers that thing in the Constitution that says he can't be.
