Republicans have little faith in democracy or the jury system.

They seem to believe that no one can get a fair trial if the jury is chosen from a population that is primarily Democratic by Party registration?

Why else would they not rush to clear their name if they are charged with a serious crime? If they are innocent as they profess, then why so fearful at facing a jury of your peers?

It is anti-American to distrust the cornerstone of our democracy, the justice system, in such a manner.

Perhaps, just maybe, there is another reason Republicans do not want to go in front of a jury?

They are perfectly willing to trash the US criminal justice system to protect themselves and Trump.

Get out your Big Lie shovels, little lie picks, there are graves to be dug!

…truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth, under penalty of perjury…and the wrath of your god!

The anti social media mantra that is kryptonite to liars.

A place dedicated to uncovering the truth, goes through REAL evidence with fine tooth comb…full time job!

Frightening, to some.

Has revealed itself in Georgia, bigly.

To the extent that the Republican governor of Georgia, Brian Kemp, signed a bill into law on Friday that allows a panel to remove prosecutors from cases. Never mind truth, justice and the American way: let's go with graft, corruption and Putin's way.

Perception isn’t everything but its been given a huge lift over reality by social media crap.

Like routine military encounters being inflated into anything else worthy of social media panic.

turned. Imagine a Repug-led impeachment or trials ginned up by the likes of Jordan, MTG, Gaetz, Cruz, etc. We'd be sweating bullets. It's the result of the extreme polarization that exists. Neither side trusts the other.

that our right wing and other destructive types have become. Major international plans, including large-scale, united action against the climate crisis, have to wait until leaders learn the outcome of OUR next general election.

Taking down the monster our right wing created and became is everyone's job, but above all of all who participated. Of course those culpable don't want to admit what they've done, to face the jury of their peers. Including those on the left who believe in absolution by righteous noise and are once again pushing with loony virtue toward the cliff we all can see ahead.

"A democracy if you can keep it."
