What do indicted clients really go through emotionally? How brave are they underneath the public tweets and statements?

Once indicted, you're shitting your pants hoping that your defense lawyer can do everything he or she can to get evidence excluded or dismiss your case prior to trial. The headspace of someone who is indicted is a very desperate one.
