Former Donald Trump attorney Jenna Ellis responded to news that she was one of Trumps 18 alleged allies accused of allegedly violating Georgias anti-racketeering law by praising God.
But considering shes accused of helping Trumps efforts to get state officials to overturn President Joe Bidens win in the Peach State in the 2020 presidential election, many Twitter users thought she shouldnt be dragging the Almightys good name into this whole mess.
Ellis, who was charged with violation of the Georgia RICO Act and solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer, took to Twitter on Tuesday to claim that the charges are politically based, and all the legal troubles shes going to face are all part of Gods plan.

(4,090 posts)As the word karma actually means action, a world without action would be motionless, inert.
That is not the nature of our world of living consciousness.
We do act out our desires and actions have consequences and at that level, it is baked into the system.
We act to get what we want but do not control the results that often include uncomfortable and unwanted results (karma phala, rewards & punishments).

(7,946 posts)who stated in court that she had pledged an oath to Bush, Jr.... during the Libby trial? The judge at that time gave her a comeuppance at that time regarding pledging oaths.

(25,577 posts)Because that rape baby they want delivered, was not part of God's will, that was the devil at work, if you believe in that sort of thing.
God doesn't tell you to go marching in the streets with torches chanting about the Jews, that's The Devil.
God didn't tell you to overthrow the government of our country and destroy the Constitution, that was the devil.
The devil is having a good laugh at this way he has caught Christians in his web doing his work.

(26,399 posts)is hypocrisy I think when everyone in a conflict (all sides) invoke GOD.
And that these folks always have to let everyone else know that they 'talked to GOD' too.
I agree, don't drag GOD into your mess. You got yourself solely into the mess you're in, no one else did.
