I feel like I need to book time in a screaming room. I'd rather have a vacation from everything, but the sources of my stress would have to go with me, so why go on vacay when it wouldn't be a vacay at all?
Edited to add: I'm dealing with it all, not to worry,, but tonite I'm just over it all. CBD, a refreshing beverage, and the knowledge that the defendant is sweating bullets are all helping.
