Marjorie Taylor Greene on potentially running for Senate: "I haven't made up my mind whether I will

I do not have a subscription to this newspaper so am not able to read the article. But the heading tells
the jest of it anyway.
PS--a few days ago, Rep Matt Gaetz hinted he may be the AG!!

Marjorie Taylor Greene on potentially running for Senate: “I haven’t made up my mind whether I will do that or not. I have a lot of things to think about. Am I going to be a part of President Trump’s Cabinet if he wins? Is it possible that I’ll be VP?”

that's a statewide vote, instead of a Congressional District vote, in a statewide vote, she will more than likely lose.

That won't get the votes of a majority comprised of Democrats and Independents in the state.

Learn by Herschel Walker . . . . .

And regarding "VP" potential: I look forward to the cat fight between MTG and Kari Lake.

Since Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis indicted former President Donald Trump for interfering in Georgia’s 2020 election, U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has been on the attack. The conservative firebrand has labeled the criminal prosecution of Trump and 18 others as a political vendetta and chastised the district attorney for ignoring more serious crimes in Atlanta. On Tuesday, Greene spread her criticism to her fellow Republicans, most notably Gov. Brian Kemp.

On Tuesday, Kemp defended the state’s voting system via social media in response to yet another false claim by Trump that the 2020 election was rigged. Greene, R-Rome, compared Kemp’s rebuke of Trump to standing with Willis and co-signing her investigation. “His message should have been against this, not arguing with President Trump about the election and making it about his own ego and pride over Georgia’s election,” Greene said. “That’s a bad statement, and I was very upset over it.”

Greene questioned whether Kemp’s statements could erode his support among GOP voters in the future. She referenced Kemp’s rumored 2026 U.S. Senate run — the governor is term-limited in his current post — and wouldn’t rule out challenging him in a GOP primary for the Senate seat.

“I haven’t made up my mind whether I will do that or not,” she said. “I have a lot of things to think about. Am I going to be a part of President Trump’s Cabinet if he wins? Is it possible that I’ll be VP?” Greene called serving as Trump’s running mate “an honor” and something she would consider “very, very heavily.” She’d previously shunned suggestions that she join Trump on the GOP’s 2024 presidential ticket.

She likes the headlines too much.

Tfg wants someone quieter than pence, totally obedient, whose only public statements will be to compliment his orangeness.

That isn't the howler monkey, it isn't the purple blur monster, it isn't anyone who has run for public office at the national level.

If he could, he wouldn't run with a vp unless it is princess. Too distracting.

she thinks after all the bullshit she has displayed she can win a Senate seat. I guarantee you she will definitely be a driving force on getting out the Democratic votes. I hope she runs, we'll get rid of her in Congress.

Of course I've failed to be careful about what I wish for before, and MAGAs would vote for a Hitler, or a cow pie, against us.

But the Republicans and their party will be on trial in GA for the next year and more, and that's not going to be good for them. The indictment shows that a number of Republican leaders were involved in tRump's attempted coup d'etat, and the important role Georgia was to play.

She’s too stupid to realize tfg will never be re-elected? secondly, her national approval rating is around 19%. Yes, her approval is probably some better in the state of GA, but certainly not enough to win a senate race.

As other posters…knock yourself out dim wit!
