Can the "unindicted co-conspirators" be called as witnesses?

It seems like the worst of the lot are the "unindicted co-conspirators".

I'm thinking of the Steve Bannon, General Flynn, Boris Epshteyn, Don Jr, Alex Jones, Roger Stone-types of witnesses.

Would they all take the 5th?

There were 30 "unindicted co-conspirators" and they all seemed to be enmeshed deep in the Trump "enterprise"?

Or the more likely possibility is that they are likely to become "indicted co-conspirators"?

I would think that they would have extraordinary 5th amendment claims. Chainfire Aug 2023 #2

"I have been placed on notice that I am a co-conspirator, even giving my name may be a breach of my 5th amendment rights."

However, I would think that their status could be changed from unindicted to indicted unless they cooperate, and that may be the whole point. Admission; this is the legal prophesy, of a plumber.

..many times, along with the indicted co-conspirators. They worked in cooperation with each other. So there is a lot of information in the indictment about the "un-indicted co-conspirators". Some of them are directly connected to the charges in the indictment.

A prosecutor is not going to call someone and not have a full understanding of what they're going to say. I'm sure every one of those people knows they're in legal jeopardy, and will avail themselves of their 5th amendment protections.
