All that is pushed off on his breeding stock.

This is why I say the definition of feminism is the recognition that women are adult human beings.

This clod obviously doesn't think so. We're just cows to be bred at his will. At best we achieve the mental and emotional status of four year old males.

Fri Aug 18, 2023, 10:02 AM
Aug 2023

Just make shit up and ultimately the entire judicial system and the laws that undergird it will collapse under the weight of the absurdity of the farcical reasoning advanced in the service of tyranny.

The seeds of this were sown in 2000 when the SC just handed a presidency to George W Bush based on the harm that would be done to Bush if a full recount was performed in key counties in Florida.

The decision made no legal sense because the damage (harm) forecast to be done to Bush was the loss of the election. Given that elections are designed to identify winners and losers to advance a ruling like this set judicial reasoning on its head.

Now this kind of fictional reasoning seems to be the right wing norm.

This is clearly disqualifying for a federal judge.

If a Democratically-appointed judge included such immature reasoning within a ruling, Repubs would be starting an impeachment process within hours and the judges statements would be dominating the conservative disinformation-sphere.

Obviously, the health care aspect is much worse. But the whole argument shows that in their world view, we only exist to satisfy them. We have no inherent right to satisfy ourselves and they have no obligation to satisfy us.

In the health care argument, we aren't even the habitat in which the joy-inducing life exists. (A life that they have no obligation to care for and no interest in doing so.) We're the interests that want to damage the habitat (our reproductive parts), removing the life they want to, briefly, giggle about. Before booking it for the next entertainment.

None of them should ever be allowed to procreate again. Or have non-procreative sex. Or be smiled at.

Aesthetic injury? Give me a freaking break! By that yardstick, we should outlaw all ugly things and even unattractive people! I suffer an aesthetic injury every time I see the face of a certain former potus or hear his braying voice! What are you going to do about that, Judge Asshat?

To argue that one person's aesthetic injury is grounds for violating another person's rights is one of the most ludicrous things I've ever heard!

What injury does a doctor have if their patient takes the abortion pill? According to a right-wing judge, pictures of fetuses are "a source of profound joy,” therefore doctors “experience an aesthetic injury when they are aborted.” “Pretty deranged,” says Chris Hayes. - Aired on 08/17/2023.

This dude should be removed from the bench. If we had a functioning government he'd never have been appointed.

We do have one, it’s just that its current function is to force everything to the extreme right, regardless of what the majority wants.

Voter apathy has led us to this point.

As Carlin said, a nation of undereducated, uninformed, apathetic dimwits gets the exact government it deserves.

But it's the Republican way.

Dig deep to make the irrational rational, the insane sane, to inject logic into total illogical insanity.

I suffer an aesthetic injury just looking at his face now that I know what goes on in that brain.
