Is Defendant Trump scared that he will be incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail?

Is he trying very hard not to be too critical of the Fulton Co DA or the names within the latest indictment?

Because he may not be offered automatic bail, as in the other indictments?

In my opinion, his false bravado has been shaken. He is scared.

Our country would be much better off if someone had put this fear into him many years ago.

This seems to be the only thing that has gotten his attention in the last seven years?

Fulton County just approved a 5.3 million dollar settlement for a man that died covered in bed bug in the mental ward of the jail last year. I hope they have improved the conditions even outside of Trump...

The 45 MAGA followers have always cared only about themselves. The demonstrations and fanfare which they exhibited for 45 was a means to bolster their self-identity. Many of them never participated in the political process before 45's arrival. 45's followers felt empowerment which was reinforced by RW propaganda from Faux, Newsmax, and countless sewage streams funded by enemies of democracy. Now, on the brink of imprisonment, 45 is waking to the realization that his MAGAs are not going to stage a rebellion to liberate him, no matter what the level of vitriol he may spew on social media.

I think he's more worried about the image of him being in jail. Bad PR in the public's mind.

County Jail. That is part of what the "negotiating his surrender" was about. If it was me or you, we would have been roughly incarcerated, body cavity searched, and locked up until it was convenient for them to decide on bail; most likely three days.

Anyone who believes that justice is just, that equal under the law is a real thing, just haven't been paying attention. Trump's status and wealth buys benefits not available to the working class. People get the justice that they can afford.

He will be in & out of there in fifteen minutes twenty minutes tops.

Yes he will be treated differently than regular arrested people unfortunately.

No matter what the Judge says, no matter what the sheriff says, Trump is going to get fast tracked through the system before we even realize he turned himself in. He'll come in the front door with an agreement in place and a bond in hand. And out he'll go.

He won't spend one second in a cell or cuffs. The Secret Service will "search" him and help him through the process. It will all be very cordial. The same thing will happen on arraignment day.

Trump doesn't need his maggot base to rise up in anger. The system will continue to protect him. And, he knows it.
