By email, Blum told Rolling Stone that his organization “was contacted by a woman-owned business who was ineligible to participate in these programs because she was not Black and [is] thus disqualified.”

in other words, a Karen

I’ve been white for almost 70 years and I did not know how bad I had it. Thank God billionaires have bought all the whores on the Supreme Court to make things right. Praise the Lord and God Bless the separation of church and state which Catholics don’t give a flying dog fuck about. Liberty and Justice for Christian white people. I never figured it out.

Didn’t the supremes just tell us yet it’s ok for a business to discriminate based on their strongly held beliefs?

So…what’s wrong with a venture capital fund founded by two black women having a strongly held belief that their money should go to black women entrepreneurs.

The good news in this is that they’re making enough of a difference to get noticed. The bad news is the Clarence plus Five gang.

Who is Fearless Fund..

https://www.fearless.fund/

We know that companies with a female founder perform 63% better on average than all-male founding teams (FIRST ROUND CAPITAL, 2015). Despite a greater potential to produce higher returns, women are historically underfunded, particularly women of color.

In 2018, U.S. companies raised a total of $130B in VC funding, yet only 2.2% of that total went toward female-founded companies and less than 1% of total funding was allocated toward businesses founded by women of color (FORTUNE, 2018 & GIRLBOSS, 2019).

Fearless Fund was established to address the gap that exists in venture capital funding for WOC-led businesses and to finally push the needle on the abysmal statistics that drive the current narrative for WOC-led businesses today.
