I listened to a pod cast featuring an attorney that said if his name did not appear on the ballot in AZ, MI, PA and WI, that would do it. These states all have democratic SOS. JMO but if the conservatives including some from the federalist society want to prevent him from running, then step up and have republican Secretary of States do it!
If the dem SOS do it, imagine the push back! Not only from gqp elected officials, but voters and of course the orange piss wad himself. Wouldnt it be better in the long run if he wins the primary to see him resoundingly defeated at the ballot box in November?
Otherwise let the federalists and gqp step up. Thoughts

(96,882 posts)If Trump isn't charged and convicted for Insurrection (18 U.S. Code § 2383) he won't be prevented from running for President in any State. If you want to keep him out of office, beat him on Election Day.

(9,292 posts)I want Biden (assumed candidate) to win by 15-20 million votes, and I think he can.
It's the only way to get closure on this walking turd.
Otherwise it's 4 more years of whining, pissing, and moaning about how the election was stolen.
Fiendish Thingy
(24,361 posts)Heres why- if all it took was the sole authority of a SOS to disqualify a candidate, then be prepared for Biden to be disqualified in numerous red states.
Regardless of what the experts say, no SOS is currently taking steps to disqualify Trump.
