He can run the government from any toilet he wants.

It may not even be him.

Seriously, he can do video meetings with any staff member at any time. He doesn't need to rush back to the kremlin to take charge of anything.

People make so much out of a motorcade these days......

It doesn't always coincide with a major event. Sometimes there is a mitary action, sometimes something else, and sometimes nothing at all.

When priggy went on his little road trip, putin left town. He didn't race back to the kremlin to take charge.

Spoke about places in Moscow we both know...

I think Putin shot the plane down as a VERY public statement.

He's drawing a line in the sand and cementing his status... any thoughts about a teetering regime are fantasy.
