Here's why he'll never spend a day in jail, even if he's tried and found guilty.

Someone, (can't remember who), said this last night on MSNBC: "The instant he's found guilty, he'll file an appeal."

Many who are found guilty, file their appeals from jail cells. But you know this ain't gonna happen to TFG. Appeals can go up the chain of the judicial ranks, all the way to the Supreme Court. And this particular Supreme Court can always kick it back to a lower court for any reason they can come up with, to stretch out the appeals process.

So why won't he spend a day in jail? Given the amount of time before a trial will take place for any of his indictments, and, if found guilty, the appeals process would take years. He's 77 now and he'll be into his 80's before anything is resolved. I'm not a doctor, but for someone who lives on McDonald's Happy Meals, and is under the stress of four indictments for about 90 different crimes, what do you suppose his life expectancy would be? My guess is that the grim reaper will take him long before he's held accountable for anything.

Then again, the Teflon Donald has spent his entire life avoiding accountability. And unless there's a 666 tattoo somewhere on his body, it seems likely that he'll be long gone before justice can catch up to him. Sigh. That's what people mean when they say "Life isn't fair."

the direction of demanding justice and will only build.

We shall see, but I, for one am tired of posts claiming what we don't know.

A year ago, we had scores of similar Debbie Downer posts proclaiming he'd NEVER be indicted. So... let's just wait and see...

As long as he has money for lawyers the appeals will keep him from actual prison.

But he is now imprisoned more than ever. He is not free. He is arrested and encumbered. He is in misery.

and that's its own sort of prison. I'm pretty sure some more unexpected shit is going to happen before long - another black swan event in a whole damn flock of black swans - and I don't know what it will be but whatever it is, it will keep TFG out of the White House and in a continuing world of legal and/or extralegal hurt. Alien abduction? Death? I don't know, but even if he never goes to prison, the rest of his life is going to suck. And God help me for being a vengeful bitch, but that's just fine with me.

So, now that that is obviously 4x wrong, now a sea of these kinds of posts...

The only question for me is what does posting the same deflating posts--that none of us can know with even a modicum of certainty now--do for those who persist in doing so? I just don't get it. Not a post that asks what people think in terms of what will happen, but post after post after post declaring with ALL CERTAINTY what will and won't happen.

It would be laughable if it were not so annoying.

Is we get to have opinions. And voice them.
Cyrano and all that believe he won’t do time have their right to that opinion.

Like I said. Hope I am wrong. I don’t usually hope I am wrong when I have an (especially educated/experienced) opinion about something.

I want to see him do time. But, I believe I’ll win the next Powerball before that. …

Including backlash when you or anyone claims to know what you DO NOT and CANNOT, but as though you DO.

As I said, if you wanted to post a thread asking how people think on the issue and your own thoughts, great. But these constant threads claiming or portraying the issue settled--ridiculous.

Yeah, he's overweight, but it hasn't yet given him the problems that it often does to people. I don't think you can give him a short life expectancy.

As to whether he'll go to prison - I can't tell if MAGAs will manage to get on the juries. If I were one, in the jurisdictions concerned, I'd be erasing my social media extremism and practicing seeming balanced, sane and believable.

This is a 77-year-old man who:

1. Bleaches his hair.
2. Has a ridiculous comb-over pompadour - it has to take 15 minutes and plenty of hairspray to fix in place.
3. Has veneers.
4. Wears makeup.
5. Wears lifts.

Yet he's considered a totem of hetero masculinity to MAGAts. Anyone else did those things, they'd call him a f*g.

I predict he will be found guilty on a lot of the charges. Then years of appeals while he sits a MangoLado and fades away. One day we will see a news story he passed on and that’ll be it. Stress can kill and he’s under a lot of it now.

Convictions and appeals aside, the simple fact that he's an Ex-President means he won't even be SENTENCED to any time. Judges will defer to the Office of the Presidency (TM), as if its reputation could sink lower after Bush the Lesser and the Orange Clown occupied it.

So, at best, probation and fines, both of which he'll ignore.

And how the fuck do I know that? I don't. I think that, bros.
