Stewart Rhodes got 18 so that will be the top range for those who have been convicted so far.
The masterminds like tfg should get more.
His guideline range was around 30. all of the Jan 6 defendants are getting big breaks from what federal sentencing guidelines suggest.

a great deal more than the professionals in the same field who work primarily in academia
or higher up in the ranks of power.

But I'd be lying. Seventeen years seems a bit light, but since these are felony convictions, maybe Mr. Biggs won't be allowed to own or possess a firearm for the rest of his miserable life. That wouldn't be too bad, either.

Prosecutors argued that he was a “vocal leader and influential proponent of the group’s shift toward political violence” and used his “outsized public profile” and his military experience as he “led a revolt against the government in an effort to stop the peaceful transfer of power.”

U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly handed down Biggs' sentence. He ruled earlier in Thursday's hearing that Biggs’ tearing down of a fence that stood between police and rioters qualified him for a terrorism sentencing enhancement sought by prosecutors. Destroying the fence was a “deliberate, meaningful step” that contributed to the disruption of the electoral vote count occurring in the Capitol, Kelly said ...
