nb: this is a guy who has no campaign organization, has raised no money and has spent no money, but filed with the FEC as a candidate.

nb: his petition will be just as quickly dismissed since he's chosen to file directly to the Supreme Court.

3. Want to see more Repugs invoke the 14th and sue. Dems doing it just looks like politics.

Repugs doing it may make more of a point of the principal, in case any other Repugs still pay attention to such antiquated notions. I don't get why one has to be a presidential canididate to have standing. Seems to me the 14th is about protecting all of us from those who want to subvert the Constitution from holding national office.
