I am glad Tarrio got 22 years . . . BUT . . . .

Why are we STILL waiting for Motherfucker to go to trial????

I am no lawyer, but it seems to me there are crimes that can be charged and brought to trial quickly, but it also seems to me there was little if anything by way of investigating and charging done as quickly as were charges against people like this shitbird, Tarrio.

Were feet dragged? If so, whose?

Again, I am glad Tarrio and many more have been tried, convicted, and jailed.

BUT THEY DID NOT CAUSE THIS.

Motherfucker did.

And all he's doing is thumbing his nose at the legal system.

I believe he will be convicted of a lot of the 91 felony charges, but the foot dragging is likely to carry this beyond the 2024 election.

Why is that?

Capitalism says the rich are above the law. We are seeing the truth of that in real time.

If you are rich and powerful, your system of justice is very different from the rest of us.

...for TFG. There really is a caste system of justice in the US, and TFG was born with the proverbial silver spoon lodged in his ass. I hope justice catches up with him eventually, but he's near the end of his life-- every day he remains free is a day subtracted from justice.

The issue of intent and negation of First Amendment defenses take time. This case was brought as soon as possible

They absolutely needed to be sure that they've done everything correctly... within the law w/ respect to his rights as a defendant.

There will not be any second chances for any of these indictments.
