Short article so posting here:
Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics, a Washington-based watchdog group, on Wednesday filed a lawsuit on behalf of a handful of voters seeking to bar former President Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot in Colorado under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment based on his alleged involvement in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Trump has denied all wrongdoing and called the push to disqualify him under the 14th Amendment "election interference."

quite a bit lately and despite the New Mexico case filed by CREW being decided more on a technicality than the fact the person seeking state office had been a participant in Jan 6, it has propelled them to pursue this as a priority. We shall see, but these lawsuits--assuming CREW can make the case for standing-- would give the Secretaries of State cover.
