Was just driving home after an evening out

From the time I left home until now, the price of gasoline jumped 60 cents a gallon.
WTH is it this time? OPEC slowing production? Pushback to Biden cancelling drilling leases in Alaska?
Glad I filled up a couple days ago. Geez!

Wait as the election nears come November 2024 gasoline and heating oil will approach $7/gallon.

Biden's economy takes a dive and inflation skyrockets. TrDump gets his second term. Thanks to Putie and MBS.

That is their game plan.

That a few evil people can manipulate the lives of millions of people is very sucky. Evil bastards!

from Russia. Didn’t think we did any longer. I know we had to reduce oil production in the gulf when the temperatures were so high.

If Russia cuts daily production of oil pumped from the ground the total world supply of available oil for sale drops. Consequently the price of oil on the total world market increases.

If a limit is placed on the available supply,.. prices will then correspondently increase. The economic principle of Supply and Demand.

Saudis said they were going to continue reduced production until end of year and would not be surprised if it was pushback for cancellation of drilling leases. Surprised it jumped that much though.

I notice over the years it would go up five or ten cents, but then when it would come down it would come down a penny or two. So maddening.
