Just the opposite. A man in Texas filed a lawsuit in New Mexico against New Mexico. Why he did not file in his own state is strange.

Under the 14th Amendment isn’t something I support. Let the voters decide. And even if this is a valid thing, I’d think that a court has actually rule that Trump engaged in insurrection before a state official can bar him from the state ballot.
