Maga voters who falsely stated on a firearms application that they were not addicts

Let's have some equal justice for all here DOJ should indict all who have falsely stated on a federal firearms application that they were not addicted to any narcotics when they bought a firearm and they were. What percentage of these people would you think would be Republicans vs Democrats?

If only we can get Republican legislation passed that prevents those convicted of a federal crime from voting. We would win by a landslide in 2024.

To enquire deeply into the possible drug use of everyone who's signed one of those forms in the last however many years. I expect it would trigger a boom in prison construction should all the pot-heads and meth freaks who hadn't 'fessed up on no form be given the full Hunter Biden treatment. Probably knock the stuffing out of most local Republican party organizations, too....

Remember President Biden was the one of the key sponsors of the Brady Bill which implemented this question and the penalties that come along with it, ironic isn't it?

Just an "unlawful user":

f. Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?
Warning: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside.

17.4 million guns were purchased in 2022. 12% of US adults smoke weed. Out of 258 million adults, that's nearly 31 million potheads.

think there's any overlap? lying on that question is commonplace.

The way the courts have been ruling, I wouldn't be surprised if that happened.

On that application they are asked for their option, not yours if they are addicted.

Some of those right wingers can't tell you what planet they are on but will deny that they are addicted
to any substance.
