I believe the transcriber didn’t hear correctly Biden more than likely said “Jack” not “fat”. It just got transcribed incorrectly.

My father's nick name from birth was Fatty, born in 1916. He was the chubby twin, his brother was called Skinny. As an adult, all of his extended family, parents, siblings called him Fat. My cousins called him Uncle Fat. He was not a tall man, maybe 5'6", with a wrestlers physic broad shoulders, slim hips, never had pot (beer) belly. It didn't bother him one bit being called Fat. For him it being part of his family.
