3. I think the first shot over bow

was done by R's when they refused to even give a hearing to Garland. The second shot was when they put Barrett in with the election around the corner. The final shot was when Alito stated that no one had the authority to touch the SCOTUS. I think those last words by Alito was the straw that broke the camel's back. I knew Whitehouse was on this; I think it'll probably go on until after the election and then I see him bringing all kinds of impeachment proceedings IF the SCOTUS justices haven't resigned by then.
