America? More Americans have voted for the democratic candidate for president in 8 out of the last 9 elections.

The series really starts with the court under Chief Justice Earl Warren and going from there. The public's reactions, and right wingers specifically, and backlash to decisions like Brown, Loving, Roe and how that would move presidents like Nixon, Reagan and both Bushes to choose justices that would be more and more conservative.
