Between existing debt, the judgement yet to be determined, and any new claimants, there won't be enough value in any of those rat traps to pay a penny back to the syndicate, err, family.

Each of those properties is heavily borrowed against. Each is highly over appraised. And not only is any judgement likely to exceed the $250M minimum, it carries interest payments from each year they occurred (going back 10 years).

It's gonna be a Doogie of a bill. And the longer they appeal, the bigger it will get.
