I know the Republicans and Magats are trying their hardest to tie Joe Biden to some kind of bribery through his son's business deals.
My question is:
Is Hunter Biden being charged for anything illegal with those business deals? In other words, are the deals themselves legit if no connection to quid pro quo is ever made?

(13,480 posts)the media to repeat. The only thing I remember is that Burisma hired Hunter to advise them on legal issues and obviously because of his fathers high positions in government. Ive seen no evidence that Joe Biden ever participated in any business deal that Hunter participated in. Many people invest in businesses in other countries, such as Trumps golf course in Ireland and Scotland. Hunter might be well served to actually reveal what deals he made, especially if theyre all just regular investments similar to those that many people have made.

(3,893 posts)For example, anytime they (the repubs) say Hunter Biden and associates received money, it's never clear who they are actually talking about. They always want it to sound like Hunter was getting everything.
