I've always believed most of the Ga. RICO defendants will plead guilty

...it should snowball now, as other defendants look at the sweet deal Hall got and start wondering if they're going to end up being one of the last monkeys left in the middle.

Should be a reassessment of the cw that said there are too many defendants to be tried effectively.

To me, it seemed DA Willis knew from the start that most of the defendants would plead out and rat to save their own hides. That's the reason, I think, that she jammed them all with assurances she could try the bunch of them as early as October.

With breakthrough for Georgia DA (@TamarHallerman reporting: "SCOTT HALL has become the first co-defendant in the Fulton election interference case to take a plea deal with prosecutors.&quot

That spells bad news for, among others, Sidney Powell.

Example of alleged joint actions.👇

He just got a sweet deal. Probation in exchange for cooperation. Powell is in deep trouble.

...more pleas coming. Watch:

the better deal you'll get. Hall got off fairly easily for now, as long as he doesn't violate the terms of the deal; and if other of the more minor players want similar deals they'd better make their own offers to flip, ASAP. Talking head on TV thinks Jenna Ellis might be next.

this one may be successful. This is why Fani went Big, went for RICO, she is brilliant.

There was an article earlier this morning stating that prosecutors told Judge McAfee that they were planning on offering plea deals to Powell and Chesebro. Additionally Chesebro's lawyer stated they were uninterested in a potential deal and plan on taking the case to trial. I'm uncertain what Powell's counsel is thinking.

because that trial will take 3 - 4- 5 months.

If Hall has damning evidence against them they will have to decide for a plea deal or getting death threats from Trump.

she is leading the way in holding Trump accountable. Fani Willis is showing how to use the pyramid strategy.

Scott Hall just wants to be allowed to be a bail bondsman in Georgia so he is pleading guilty.

Scott Hall also agreed to cooperate and testify truthfully. He will bring down more Fulton county defendants.

Scott Hall was looking into Dominion voting machines in Coffee county to understand how they worked and that information would then be given to the Cyber Ninjas who were doing an illegal audit in Arizona.

A Fulton county Trump trial may happen pre-election. Today is the last day for trump to appeal to get his trial moved to federal court. I bet he is scrambling now to consider going that route. Trump assumed that there would not be enough time for Fani Willis to get him to trial.

Kicking Ass Fani.

...which is surely the reason many of these perps were charged.

DA Willis wants more from them than they offered her without charges, and they should be wont to provide that if they value their freedom.
