Just a thought re: police brutality...
Judge Ho of 5th circuit ruled abortion providers suffer an “aesthetic injury from the destruction of unborn life.”
Could not that exact phrasing/logic/etc be used (particularly in the 5th circuit) by witnesses of police brutality?
Use their own words against them.
(this may not be an original thought…better minds than mine do this stuff for a living)
