I do have a question about his wearing his Navy uniform. If he was retired, I think he is permitted to wear the uniform for specific instances & purposes. If he resigned, (discharged), I don't think he has the right to wear the uniform.

3. You can wear your uniform at shit like Memorial Day/Vet's Day observances,

military reunion dinners, military funerals (serving as the honor guard/chaplain for interment, e.g.), while serving as a speaker doing authorized/sanctioned outreach for the Services...but you cannot put on your uniform and TRASH military policy. That's a HUGE bozo no-no.

That shit is actionable. What a moron.

....of navy chaplains...had nothing but bad experiences with them...I can't speak for other sailors/Airedales/submariners here...
