The Iran used this money to launch this attack. It's a bald face lie. This money has not been spent. And it is not tax payer money, which they are also saying.

... I worked with an Iranian woman. She escaped and considers the government horrific... she doesn't disapprove, but does state the US took every cent they could after the Shah to Ayatollah switch. It was significantly more than 6 billion.
