Palestinian Nationalists have destroyed or tried to destroy every country they've ended up in as refugees. The most famous example being Black September. After the 1948 and 1967 wars, Jordan took in Palestinian refugees. But Palestinians refused to assimilate. They formed a state within a state, and started attacking Israel from Jordan, causing massive chaos for Jordan. The Jordanian military tried to stop them, and then Palestinians planned the assassination of the Jordanian King, and overthrow of the government. They were eventually defeated and kicked out of Jordan.

Similar happened in Lebanon. Palestinian refugees help start their civil war, and have been trying to create their own state in Southern Lebanon.

There's a reason Arab country's won't take Palestinian Nationalists in. It's why Egypt has a blockade on Gaza. Every time it's happened in history, the country who accepted them gets wrecked.
