In 1917, The United States entered World War I, following the sinking of the British ocean liner Lusitania.

14 Americans are dead because the terrorist attack on Israel. Now, Two Wars are now being supplied and supported by the US. Its only matter of time we will be drag into another World War. Question is, are we ready for it?

Thankfully, I only live 10 minutes from the Canadian border and have family and friends there.

2. I would say we are not going to be dragged into a World War at the moment.

We are talking about 2 limited small wars that concern us now vs most of Europe at war then. At the most I would say that we would send in some special forces to Gaza to rescue Americans being held hostage. In your opinion whats going to drag us into a war with Gaza and Russia? Ukraine is taking more and more territory back and Israel can take care of Gaza. The balance edge here is what Israel does and what the Arab countries do. Fortunately we have a lot of allies in the ME to stop that happening for the most part. There is Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan next to Israel, Jordan has a peace treaty with Israel the other two don't. Against those two Israel would not have a hard time winning. Then you have some heavy players Egypt, Iran and Saudi Arabia. Egypt and Saudi Arabia might just sit it out since they are friendly with Israel but wouldn't want to anger Arab people. That leaves Iran and they are a bit far from Israel. That wouldn't stop them if they really wanted to but there are quite a few large American bases just south of Iran. That would bring us in to a war in the ME but I still don't think you could classify that as a World war.

9. Feeling and the nature how societies evolve into war mongering

The sitcom "War on Fire" on PBS is a perfect example how the world was building up to the breakout of war and the aftermath of how people's lifes were forever changed.

Its a feeling in the air, how the hatred among people ethnic, religion, political beliefs and other issues is expressed through violence in today's world.

We Americans felt the hatred over the opposite party all because over politics.

Hatred is a powerful and unnecessary human existence that has caused society demise over the ages.

We are now in a state of time I feel, we are to experience another World on Fire.
