Is Joy Reid gone?

I noticed a day or two ago but didn't think anything of it. Today I checked to see what the guide would show for the 7:00 pm hour. It was The Beat with Ari Melba. Hope joy comes back very soon.

I will not support MSNBC anymore although I still have some favorites left (Nicolle, LO, Rachel).

Melissa Harris Perry, Tiffany Cross, and Joy Reid?

Three strikes = done. I know people who were already done after Tiffany was fired.

I am assuming it is for him to provide coverage of what is going on in Gaza

And Joy gets a long weekend

Joy's Twitter says she will be back on Monday and to watch Ari's 2 hours special tonight

MSNBC hosts Rachel Maddow, Chris Hayes, and Joy Reid are all coming to Philly

Three of MSNBC’s most recognizable hosts will be making Philadelphia appearances over the next few days.

Three of MSNBC’s most recognizable hosts — Rachel Maddow, Chris Hayes, and Joy Reid — will be taking time out of their hectic cable news schedules to head to Philadelphia over the next few days.

Hayes, who has hosted All In on MSNBC for a decade, is headed to the Fillmore on Monday for a live taping of his podcast, Why Is This Happening? Joining him on stage will be two guests — author Naomi Klein and Reid, the host of MSNBC’s The ReidOut.

14. Nope. During the 2016 general election, Klein amplified narratives that helped elect Trump.

Because I read they just got rid of all three Muslim anchors, at least temporarily.

in another thread, but another poster says the news is unreliable. ETA, this is the post: https://democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1002&pid=18362100

Evidently one of the anchors has since appeared on MSNBC.

It came from Twitter, so I shouldn't have repeated it as fact.

Blabbermouth Joe this week and Jose Diaz. Then they put on a sausage fest on folks, rarely a woman.

I want to hear a woman's perspective on the Middle East as their voices cannot be ignored.

Instead of putting a B-stringer in her slot, they probably thought giving Ari 2 hours with the Israel/Hamas situation now would be a good idea.
